Mary Kay Baldino

Mary Kay Baldino leads TA at R1 RCM, a healthcare revenue cycle org with 24,000 global employees. Throughout her career, she has worn lots of hats: employee relations manager, HR generalist, entrepreneur, affirmative action director, RPO reporting and analytics manager, and Lean Six Sigma green belt. The common thread has been seizing on opportunities to build/re-build TA functions. She finds the combination of change leadership, team building, and process engineering invigorating.
