Michael leads the talent acquisition function around the world for GroupM. He’s a firm believer that if he remains in the talent management business, and talks to enough talented people, he will eventually become talented himself. Michael previously served WPP in the APAC region for five years as head of talent acquisition, and before that ran recruiting for Grab, a ride-hailing giant in Southeast Asia valued at $14bn.
