Rachel Johnsen

Rachel Johnsen is a Senior Talent Sourcer for Walmart and Sam’s Club supply chain. She works on both director-level corporate supply chain roles and field salary positions in distribution and fulfillment centers. She started her career at Walmart as a high-volume sourcer for truck drivers and for new building launches. Prior to Walmart, Rachel owned her own coaching and consulting firm working with mid-sized businesses to develop recruiting systems.
