Samantha Perera

Sam Perera is currently working as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Maxar Technologies. She made the transition from Full Cycle Recruiter to Talent Sourcer in January of 2020 and has been on a journey discovering innovative tools and sourcing methods ever since. With her new super power, Sam has a fresh passion for the hunt and continues to hone her skill set. She recently spoke at this year’s Sourcing Summit Virtual (#SOSUV), contributed her first article to Recruiting Daily’s 12 days of Sourcing, and looks forward to making further contributions to the sourcing and recruiting community.
