Zach Frank

Zach Frank is the senior manager of people analytics at Freeman. He believes that organizations grow when their people thrive, and he uses data to help make that possible. Over the last decade, he’s helped dozens of companies develop better data architectures, automation and AI programs, and end-user data solutions in service of employees and business outcomes. He is currently pursuing a Masters of Data Science from Harvard University and lives in Nashville with his wife and two kids.
