Carmen Hudson

Carmen is a Sr. Director of TA at ExtraHop. Prior, at Recruiting Toolbox, she helped clients build recruiting strategies and training for hiring managers and recruiting teams globally. Carmen has spent years curating, creating, and sharing best practices around sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting technology. Her corporate experience includes Yahoo, Starbucks, Microsoft, Amazon, and Capital One. Her passions include RecruiterHunt, a curation site and Chrome extension she built for recruiters and sourcers, and YouthCare, a Seattle nonprofit that works to end youth homelessness
