Darelyn Pazdel

Darelyn Pazdel is Vice President of Workforce Inclusion at PRIDE Industries, a 4,000-employee social enterprise dedicated to creating jobs for people with disabilities. She leads efforts to recruit, train, and support nearly 1,900 employees with disabilities at PRIDE and hundreds more through partner networks. A frequent speaker and writer, Darelyn advocates for inclusive employment and helps businesses realize the value of disability inclusion. In 2022, she was honored as Woman of the Year by Congressperson John Garamendi for her impactful advocacy.
