Mary Garcia

Mary Garcia is the talent manager for global talent management at CPA Global, responsible for managing enterprise-wide talent management framework, processes, data analytics, metrics and technologies of all talent management programs and projects. Mary also partners with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire diverse candidates for current and future business needs. Prior to CPA Global, Mary served in roles at Hilton, General Mills, Lockheed Martin, and Oracle, where she helped drive strategy and execution for talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
