Tequilla Lopez

Tequilla Lopez is director of diversity, attraction, and operations for enterprise talent acquisition at Best Buy. She is responsible for driving strategic direction for talent sourcing, enterprise employer brand, and talent acquisition business operations. She also leads TA-specific diversity attraction programs, partnerships and strategies, and manages vendor partnerships. Prior to working for Best Buy, Tequilla worked for the YMCA of the USA as the project manager for diversity and inclusion.
