A recruiting leader who draws on his experience within talent strategy, people operations, engineering, inclusion and belonging programming to design equitable, scalable recruiting systems. His professional career includes building recruiting infrastructure and leading talent efforts for companies at all stages including LTSE, Nava PBC as well as supporting technical recruiting at companies such as BetterUp, Thumbtack, Google and advising Patreon, and Medhaul to name a few. Educated as a biomedical engineer, he is driven to help whole ecosystems evolve through fundamental shifts.
