Priti has more than 15+ years of global HR experience including recruiting and is currently the Sr Strategic Sourcer and ERG-Co Chair (InPAC) at Intuitive. Priti is an expert in crafting sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Priti comes from a life science background and apart from sourcing, she has varied experience in Recruiting, Web Development, and Data Analytics. She loves researching and is always in quest of learning new tools and techniques that could enhance and support talent sourcing.
