Rebecca Fouts

Rebecca is Director, Global Recruiting Operations, Strategy, and Sourcing at Aya Healthcare. She attended her first SourceCon in 2017 and she's been an advocate of sourcing and an active member of the community ever since. Rebecca has worked at large tech companies such as Salesforce and Google and brings experience from the government and startup space. She is passionate about diversity, process improvement, data integrity, and people development. She lives in Fallbrook, CA with her husband and daughter.
