Stephanie Clay

Stephanie Clay is an experienced talent leader and influencer. Over a span of twenty years, she has represented organizations that offer a range of services across the healthcare spectrum including Walgreens/Premise Health, GoHealth Urgent Care and Walmart. She is currently the Director of Talent Management for one of California’s largest behavioral health service providers. In this role, she leverages her expertise as a people leader and talent advisor in the creation, development and execution of operational and strategic initiatives.
