Kevin Grossman

Kevin W. Grossman is VP of research at ERE Media, responsible for talent acquisition and candidate experience research. He is former president of Talent Board and the Candidate Experience Awards (CandEs), which has merged with ERE Media. The CandEs is the first research organization focused on the elevation and promotion of a quality candidate experience. Additionally, Kevin has over 25 years of expertise in HR and TA and related technology marketplace. His most recent book, Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance, was released in 2022.
