Kevin Grossman

Kevin W. Grossman is VP of research at ERE Media, responsible for talent acquisition and candidate experience research. He is the former president of the Talent Board and the Candidate Experience Awards (Canada), which merged with ERE Media in 2023. The CandEs is the first research organization focused on elevating and promoting a quality candidate experience. Additionally, Kevin has over 25 years of expertise in HR and TA and related technology marketplace. His most recent book, Candidate Experience: How to Improve Talent Acquisition to Drive Business Performance, was released in 2022.
